As a tenant, there is no service and they do not respond to any queries. I left atleast 4 messages via email and text and got no response whatsoever. Any correspondence is impersonal as they are just focused on taking your money.

Stay clear of this mob ! As a real estate franchise this particular franchise is fast becoming a notorious for its deceitful ways. As a silent partner in investments I have seen this personally. If you care for your investments be careful of who's care you leave them in, stay clear of this mob. As far as the other side of this franchise goes (the rental side). Do not be caught up there either, I have personally spoken to tenants, when I first had concerns, and what a surprise I received. This mob have been reported to have not only failed to live up to their agreement with my partner and l as far as maintenance informing goes but have been reported to have extorted money out of the tenants.
